We are a family run cafe in the heart of Carrick on Shannon, since 2010.
Cafe Lounge has been at the heart of Carrick-on-Shannon since 2010, but our story started a year earlier when Georgia founded Artessa, our coffee roastery, right here in town. What began as a passion for exceptional coffee grew into something we’re enormously proud of – a cafe where every cup is roasted just across the road, fresh, and crafted with care.
For Georgia and her family, this has never just been a business. Carrick is home, and that connection to the community runs deep. You’ll feel it the moment you walk through the door – familiar faces, a genuine welcome, and a place where people have been meeting for coffee for over 15 years.
